Job Responsibilities


  • Help design and improve delivery strategies to make sure customers get the best experience, including on-time delivery rate, NPS, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment rate.
  • Support in creating fair and effective rider evaluation plans that match different business needs.
  • Contribute to improving rider performance through training, incentive programs, and clear guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery data, spot issues, and suggest solutions to keep operations running smoothly.


✅ Requirements:

  • This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
  • Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making.
