We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English and will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts for the US and Canada markets. As an SDR, your primary focus will be generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the staffing, recruiting, or outsourcing industry.

What you'll learn

  • Generate New Sales Opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify Leads by identifying key decision-makers and potential clients within the staffing and outsourcing markets.
  • Build Relationships with potential clients to ensure they see value in our services, fostering long-term connections.
  • Conduct Market Research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Track and Manage Leads using CRM tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
