Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead generation. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present Chatmantics' solutions. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and presentations. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for reaching potential clients. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system. Work with clients in both the Brazilian and US markets. Reach all the key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company. Requirements: Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proven experience in a tech-related sales or customer service role. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Own equipment (computer, headset, reliable internet connection). Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Flexibility to work with clients in different time zones, specifically in Brazil and the US. Benefits: Competitive pay above the average for the position.
