Work Schedule:

  • Part-time or Full-time available.
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • Flexible hours, with remote work.


Responsibilities of the Role:

Project Management (Construction & Development):

  • Manage the permitting process, ensuring timely submission of plans and documents for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project deadlines and comply with regulations.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure smooth project execution.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as contract drafting and document management.
  • Provide support to the accounting team for tax filings, payroll, and invoice management.

Communication Management:

  • Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders including city officials, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between team members and external partners.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction project management or architecture.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and communication streams.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • Experience with property management software and MLS platforms.
