Overview: As an HR Operations Executive, you will play a key role in welcoming new employees (from around the world), guiding them through a smooth onboarding experience. You will also serve as a trusted advisor for current employees, addressing their questions and concerns. Finally, you will ensure a seamless offboarding process for team members concluding their journey with the organization.

Modality: Remote

Location: Brazil

Main responsibilities:

  1. Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers.
  2. Onboarding Presentations: Deliver and coordinate induction sessions to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company, aligned with organizational policies, culture, and expectations.
  3. Employee Queries and Requests: Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Visa Process Follow-up: Monitor and provide support in employee immigration and visa procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and keeping stakeholders informed.
  5. Offboarding (via Ticketing System): Manage employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates, ensuring all processes are completed through the company's ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. (Junior)
  • Proficiency with Windows tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AirTable.
  • Process mapping knowledge.

Required Knowledge:

  • Labor law.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
  • Business-level English and Spanish.
