Job Overview

The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is to drive strategic human capital initiatives and lead key business priorities for all areas of the enterprise.

This involves collaborating with business leaders to develop people solutions, including HR strategy, annual planning, and service delivery.

The successful candidate will serve as a proactive HR partner, understanding respective business goals and objectives, and driving organizational redesign projects in collaboration with department leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to execute people strategies and deliver tailored solutions that address specific human capital needs.
  • Drive system-wide HR initiatives and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison to key customers across the enterprise, delivering expert advice and guidance on HR matters.
  • Develop and implement HR solutions to support business growth and improve organizational effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs in achieving business objectives.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to support business growth and improvement.
