Você será responsável por: O CX PMO Specialist é um membro central da organização da Experiência do Cliente do Rappi. Essa equipe se envolve proativamente com stakeholders em toda a empresa para disseminar a voz do cliente, impulsionar a melhoria contínua e lançar novos recursos para impulsionar a retenção e o envolvimento dos usuários. Responsabilidades: Conhecer métricas de Experiência do Cliente, entendendo o impacto dessas métricas no desempenho geral da empresa. Analisar as oportunidades de melhoria da Experiência do Cliente e das métricas, dimensionar o impacto e desenhar planos. Executar planos e fornecer as melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projetos para projetos novos e existentes. Condução e suporte a vários projetos por meio de parcerias com equipes multifuncionais (produto, tecnologia, atendimento ao cliente, planejamento, treinamento, etc).
Pré Requisitos: Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Engenharia e outras áreas afins. Mais de 3 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de programas ou projetos trabalhando com equipes multifuncionais definindo e implementando iniciativas de melhoria de processos usando experiência em dados e métricas. Vivência com impulsionamento de entrega de ponta a ponta e comunicar resultados a várias partes interessadas. Mais de 3 anos impulsionando a melhoria de processos, gerenciamento de projetos, roteiros e Gantt. Inglês fluente, escrita e conversação. Fortes habilidades analíticas e histórico de condução de análises de métricas de negócios e diagnóstico da evolução dessas métricas. Habilidades de liderança, habilidades de resolução de problemas, priorização e lidar com ambiguidades. Ótimas habilidades de comunicação: histórico de construção de relacionamentos sólidos e conquista de confiança de colegas, líderes e equipes multifuncionais. Proficiência em MS Office, Jira, Slack, Planilhas Google. Precisa morar na capital paulista e estar disponível para um modelo de trabalho híbrido.
Desejáveis: Masters degree Power BI SQL Espanhol, escrita e conversação avançados.
