Job Summary

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with Area Supervisor)
  • Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments and service quotations.
  • Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department and Area Supervisors
  • Deal with technical open cases resolution process (Proactive communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support Dpt., etc.)
  • Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonus and penalties
  • Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract.
  • Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to production period.
  • Maintain Monthly Reports deliveries to customers
  • Prepare project monthly reports and present it to the board.

Requirements

  • Engineer or Business Administration graduation
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market
  • Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts
  • Contract and Project management knowledge.
  • Language skills: Portuguese and English fluent, Spanish desired
  • Wind turbine, Energy or Aircrfat industry experience would be considered
