Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Estratégia Integrada: Desenvolver estratégias holísticas de brand experience que efetivamente conectem os mundos online e offline, garantindo uma jornada contínua e envolvente para nossos clientes.
  • Eventos e Ativações: Planejar, coordenar e executar eventos de alto impacto, pop-ups e experiências imersivas que posicionem a SHEIN como líder no segmento de moda.
  • Liderança: Direcionar uma equipe dinâmica, promovendo a colaboração, inovação e excelência na entrega de projetos e campanhas.
  • Gestão de KOLs e Influenciadores: Cultivar relacionamentos sólidos, negociar parcerias estratégicas, e gerenciar campanhas conjuntas para maximizar a visibilidade da marca.
  • Otimização de Canais Digitais: Liderar iniciativas em plataformas digitais, desde redes sociais a nossa plataforma de e-commerce, garantindo a consistência da marca e otimizando o engajamento. Implementar estratégias focadas na construção de comunidades leais à marca. Explorar oportunidades em nossa live commerce, construindo estratégias que elevem a experiência de compra ao vivo e potencializem o engajamento e vendas.
  • Análise Centrada em Dados: Estabelecer métricas de performance, monitorar KPIs, ROI, e traduzir dados complexos em insights acionáveis, refinando continuamente as estratégias.
  • Comunicação Interdepartamental: Colaborar estreitamente com equipes internas para garantir que as iniciativas estejam alinhadas com os objetivos da SHEIN.
  • Report: Diretamente a Diretora da área, fornecendo análises detalhadas, atualizações de projetos e recomendações estratégicas para futuras iniciativas.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Graduação em Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em brand experience, marketing digital e gestão de influenciadores.
  • Habilidade comprovada em desenvolver online de alto impacto.
  • Fluência em inglês é mandatória.
  • Forte habilidade analítica e familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados.
