Local: Curitiba - PR
As responsabilidades da função incluem:
- Manter boa comunicação com os clientes internos e externos;
- Solicitar aprovação para novo embarque junto aos clientes;
- Coordenar os embarques de importação com os escritório Dachser e Agentes;
- Acompanhar processos urgentes e pendentes de embarque;
- Manter os clientes informados de todas as etapas dos embarques em tempo hábil;
- Conferir documentos de embarques e solicitar correções às origens quando necessário;
- Acompanhar processos com pendências (Indisponibilidades) junto ao time Operacional e manter o cliente devidamente informados;
- Enviar Pré-alerta aos clientes e responsáveis pelo embarque antes da chegada da carga e com todos os documentos pertinentes devidamente conferidos e aprovados;
- Garantir que todas as etapas de acompanhamento e follow-up do processos sejam feitos dentro dos prazos estipulados via sistema evitando multas por atrasos e ou não execução da atividade;
- Manter files devidamente provisionados no sistema em todos os níveis para que sejam faturados de acordo e dentro do prazo estipulado;
Os Requisitos da função:
- Ensino Superior Cursando – Adm de Empresas, Comércio Exterior, Logística, Economia
- Experiência anterior na área de Importação em agente de cargas
- Inglês avançado
