Now we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative, who will work with our team in the LATAM region from Brazil.


Responsibilities:


  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to sales closure (and in some cases through service delivery);
  • Prospecting for potential clients using outbound calls;
  • Qualify prospects according to the company's criteria to establish probability of sales;
  • Train and maintain a high level of knowledge on relevant solutions in order to have meaningful conversations with potential clients;
  • Make quick presentations to client managers and decision makers;
  • Prepare and deliver proposals in a timely manner;
  • Work with solution sales and solution delivery roles when necessary to address customer needs;
  • Discipline in the use of CRM;
  • Report on sales activity (includes desired frequency - daily is ideal for accuracy) and execute activities in a timely manner;
  • Keep detailed notes on existing customer and potential interactions (include frequency - everyday accuracy is ideal);
  • Work with Service Delivery teams to proactively address issues


Requirements:


  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in sales of Microsoft products, knowledge of Microsoft licensing, experience in selling Hardware and software;
  • Student last semesters of Engineering, administration or Professional in Engineering or Administration.
  • Knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge and use of CRM.


Desirable:


  • Experience working with countries in the region
