A Unique Human Connections está liderando às buscas para um grupo multidisciplinar, com grande atuação nacional e internacional, de um Gestor(a) de Expansão e Novos Negócios.

O profissional irá conduzir a nova estratégia de crescimento no mercado B2B. Esta posição será baseada em São Paulo, mas abrangerá todo o território nacional. O candidato ideal será um profissional motivado, com experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de novos mercados e clientes, para os canais Horeca (Hotéis, Restaurantes, e Cafeterias), e ainda Bares, Academias, Franquias, Lojas de Conveniência, Lojas de Produtos Naturais/Orgânicos, Parques, Academias entre outros similares.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar e desenvolver relacionamentos com clientes potenciais nos segmentos target
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e expansão do mercado para o produtos
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais para aumentar a presença da marca e impulsionar as vendas.
  • Colaborar com as equipes internas para garantir a distribuição eficiente e satisfatória dos produtos aos clientes.
  • Monitorar as tendências do mercado e identificar oportunidades de inovação e diferenciação de produtos

Requisitos importantes:

  • Experiência comprovada em vendas e desenvolvimento de negócios B2B
  • Experiência em empresas nacionais ou multinacionais em gestão de times.
  • Paixão por produtos sustentáveis, saudáveis e naturais.
  • Capacidade comprovada de criar e implementar processos eficientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Mentalidade empreendedora e autonomia de atuação.
  • Forte orientação para resultados e capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e desafiador
  • Experiência em produtos de alto valor agregado e alimentos/bebidas será um diferencial
