Preparar e entregando demonstrações das capacidades técnicas das soluções propostas aos clientes usando material padrão.

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Conhecimento em Plataformas Low-Code/No-Code, entendendo suas funcionalidades, benefícios e limitações.
  • Conhecimento em Plataformas API’s, entendendo suas funcionalidades, benefícios e limitações.
  • Desenvolvimento e Integrações. Compreensão de linguagens de programação, APIs, e integração de sistemas, mesmo que de forma superficial, para explicar tecnicamente a compatibilidade das ferramentas com outros sistemas.
  • Capacidade de Demonstração Técnica. Saber realizar demonstrações das funcionalidades da plataforma, explicando sua aplicação prática para resolver problemas de negócios.
  • Conceitos de Arquitetura de Software. Compreender arquitetura de sistemas e como as soluções low-code e API’s podem se encaixar em ambientes corporativos mais complexos.
  • Coletar requisitos técnicos do cliente, entender a infraestrutura de tecnologia da informação existente e determinar as necessidades técnicas dos clientes como parte do esforço de vendas.
  • Construir e entregar ambientes piloto de projeto.

Habilidades Comerciais

  • Comunicação e Apresentação. Habilidade para apresentar de maneira clara e objetiva tanto para públicos técnicos quanto para tomadores de decisão do negócio.
  • Gestão de Relacionamento. Capacidade de entender as necessidades do cliente, mapear oportunidades e construir relacionamentos sólidos com prospects. Saber lidar com dúvidas e objeções do cliente em relação à tecnologia, seja com argumentos técnicos ou de negócio.
  • Fornecer informações, quando apropriado, para reuniões de equipe.
