Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and coordinate training programs for dealerships, ensuring effective budget control for the Training area.
  • Define the Sales & After-Sales Training Path for dealers to enhance skill development and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of all training programs, recommending improvements when needed.
  • Develop strategies and deliver New Product Training for Sales and After-Sales dealer staff.
  • Manage training enrollments, schedule sessions, and organize all necessary resources to ensure seamless program execution.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering training programs, including Sales, After-Sales, Product Launch, and Automotive Technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in designing and implementing structured training paths.


Location and work-mode:

  • 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi)
