Are you a driven, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and revenue management? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where problem-solving and results matter? We are looking for an Intake and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Qualification and Intake Oversight: Guide and motivate the lead qualification and intake team to achieve targets and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients.
  • Revenue Management: Use your expertise to assist in optimizing pricing strategies, forecasts, and sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a positive experience and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and present reports to help drive informed decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to improve sales processes and outcomes.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets, consistently delivering results in a competitive environment.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience in revenue management and optimizing sales performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Result-oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Requirements:


  • Reliable home office setup, including appropriate hardware, software, and high-speed internet.
  • Licensed Microsoft Office software and up-to-date antivirus protection.
