Generate and analyze reports on time tracking to support billing and payroll processes. Ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for resource planning and project assignments. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate company events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building activities. Manage logistics such as venue booking, catering, and equipment setup. Meeting Notes: Attend key meetings and record detailed minutes. Distribute meeting notes to participants and track follow-up actions. Managing Leadership Goals: Assist leadership in setting, tracking, and achieving strategic goals. Provide regular updates on progress towards goals and identify any potential obstacles. Supporting HR and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with HR to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Work with the Marketing team to coordinate campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Booking Conference Rooms: Manage the scheduling and booking of conference rooms to ensure optimal usage. Familiarity with project management tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience with other technologies, such as survey management, BI reporting, and skills management is a plus but not required.
