Principais Responsabilidades. Liderar a área de CustomerExperience, com o objetivo de estruturar e implementar processos que melhorem a experiência do cliente de forma sistemática e estratégica. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de CustomerExperience que melhorem a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes. Estruturar processos de onboardinge acompanhamento de clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva desde a contratação até o pós-venda. Analisar dados de satisfação e feedback dos clientes para identificar áreas de melhoria e implementar ações corretivas. Criar e gerenciar um programa de alumni para manter o relacionamento com ex-colaboradores e clientes. Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes internas para garantir que todos os pontos de contato com o cliente sejam consistentes e de alta qualidade.
