Responsabilidades:

- Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar os SLAs para os serviços de segurança cibernética, garantindo que estejam alinhados com as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes.

- Analisar dados de desempenho e tendências para identificar áreas de melhoria e oportunidades para otimização dos serviços de segurança cibernética. Preparar relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho de operações de Cibersegurança para as partes interessadas relevantes.

- Atuar como ponto de contato principal para questões relacionadas aos SLAs de segurança cibernética. Manter uma comunicação clara e proativa com os clientes internos e externos para garantir a satisfação e a transparência. Mapear todo o ciclo de vida do cliente, pontos de contato e pontos de feedback, a fim de garantir a eficiência

- Colaborar com as equipes de resposta a incidentes para garantir que os incidentes de segurança cibernética sejam gerenciados de acordo com os SLAs estabelecidos. Garantir que as comunicações com os clientes durante os incidentes sejam oportunas e precisas.

- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e procedimentos de segurança cibernética para aumentar a eficiência operacional e melhorar a qualidade dos serviços prestados.

- Identificar oportunidades de expansão de prestação de serviços no cliente, capturando crescimento orgânico e endereçando-os junto às áreas comerciais;

- Monitorar contratos e identificar oportunidades de economia, Renegociação de valores e ajuste serviços de acordo com as necessidades reais e evitando desperdícios.

- Garantir a execução adequada dos contratos, alinhada às expectativas e requisitos estabelecidos pela organização.

- Desenvolver e implementar planos de sucesso personalizados para cada conta, focando na maximização do valor e na retenção.

- Elaborar e Organizar de cronogramas de entrega e Follow ups de projetos;


O que você precisa ter:

- Experiência em gestão de serviços;

- Conhecimento de metodologias de gestão de projetos e métodos ágeis;

- Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de interpretar dados para tomar decisões informadas.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com a capacidade de interagir eficazmente com clientes e partes interessadas em todos os níveis da organização.

- Experiência em desenvolvimento de Relatórios em Power BI e Excel


Formação:

Formação acadêmica em Tecnologia da Informação, Segurança da Informação, ou área relacionada é preferencial
