Salsa Technology has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Executive (Brazil - N/NE) with a proven track record and who can focus on new partnerships and businesses in the north and northeast region of Brazil.


Due to recent growth, we are now looking to expand our business with a focus on establishing partnerships with large companies in the north and northeast market of Brazil and preparing ourselves even more for the current and future regulated market that is starting in Brazil.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and understand customer requirements and match the Company’s products and services to them via a consultive sales approach.
  • Develop, lead, and manage the B2B commercial efforts for the business in the specific territory and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.
  • To work alongside the Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure a business approach focused on Client Success.
  • Be aware of international regulations in order to ensure compliance with specific markets.
  • Help define the key USPs of the company’s offering versus the competitors and help to employ that in the company’s marketing strategy
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline in the territory.
  • Own the sales process in the territory and drive sales through concerted efforts to generate leads.
  • Manage and follow the process from lead to contract signature.
  • Follow up with teams during the integration process and delivery to ensure Customer Success.
  • Overview and ensure after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry networking events.
  • Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans for the territory
  • Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Always be aware of the latest regulations in the Brazilian market and know how to apply this as a competitive market advantage to attract new customers with good potential.
  • Availability to carry out in-person visits to clients with great potential in the north and northeast regions of Brazil.
  • Use networking as a tool to strengthen communication with large companies in the North and Northeast Brazilian markets and then create new partnerships and bring in new important clients.


Key Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Fluent/Advanced English
  • Sportsbook and casino B2B sales experience in Brazil
  • Excellent, in-territory industry gaming knowledge and network of contacts
  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent commercial & business acumen
  • Seasoned presenter of technology solutions
  • Solid PowerPoint and presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide in-depth demonstrations of the Company’s products
  • Strong pipeline management experience, particularly in the technology solutions space
  • Strong negotiating acumen, excellent project management skills, and a deep knowledge of sports betting and casino technology platforms and regulation
  • Strong network of contacts related to the market in the north and northeast of Brazil will be a plus
