Desafios da função:

  • Implementar a esteira de vendas e pós venda dentro do sistema de CRM
  • Manter o fluxo de informações e processos dentro do CRM garantindo a transparência, qualidade e unicidade dos dados de receita
  • Integrar o sistema de CRM a sistemas externos que desempenhem papel fundamental durante a jornada do cliente, ex: assinatura de contratos eletrônicos, billing, etc- Sugerir, implementar e manter ferramentas que suportem os times comerciais em suas rotinas
  • Colaborar com as equipes de vendas, marketing e sucesso do cliente para identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos e melhorias na eficiência operacional
  • Colaborar com equipes interfuncionais para garantir o alinhamento estratégico e a execução eficaz de iniciativas de receita.
  • Gerenciar e analisar dados para identificar tendências, padrões e insights que impulsionam a tomada de decisão informada, trazendo visibilidade para as lideranças e times comerciais.
  • Monitorar e otimizar o desempenho das operações de receita, identificando áreas de oportunidade e implementando soluções para impulsionar o crescimento.
  • Desenvolver e manter processos e procedimentos operacionais padronizados para garantir a consistência e a escalabilidade das operações de receita


O que estes desafios irão demandar de você:

  • Experiência prévia com parametrização e organização de CRM (preferencialmente HubSpot);
  • Experiência prévia em funções relacionadas a operações de receita (RevOps, Sales Ops, Ops em empresas de tecnologia), preferencialmente em empresas de startups, fintechs ou SaaS.
  • Experiência prévia com mapeamento de processos;
  • Forte compreensão dos princípios de vendas, marketing e serviços, bem como de processos de negócios (preferencialmente B2B complexos).
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de trabalhar com dados complexos para extrair insights acionáveis;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com equipes multifuncionais.


Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Conhecimento de ferramentas que suportem aquisição e expansão de clientes (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Clay, entre outros;
  • Conhecimento prático na resolução de problemas e compreensão das necessidades dos clientes;
  • Vivência em vendas tanto SaaS quanto consultivas;
  • Experiência em estruturação de processos de Marketing no Hubspot (mídia paga, criação de leads, mapeamento de custos, entre outros)
