- Strong knowledge of Brazilian payroll laws and regulations
- Experience in interpreting the Collective Union Agreements and Client Business Rules and their impacts on payroll calculation.
- Ability to analyze tax issues, related facts and circumstances and recommend solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Be self-motivated, able to work under short deadlines and reach pre-defined goals.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of the ADP solution is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for our organization in compliance with Brazilian laws and company regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, tax, and benefits information.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
Keep up to date with Brazilian payroll regulations and adjust payroll processes as needed.
Work with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate accounting of payroll expenses.
Managing ADP Celergo Payroll System.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll processing and effective communication with stakeholders
