Vaga que visa prospectar candidatos para 3 a 5 vagas a princípio. Sales Engineer (Pleno e Senior)


  • Necessário experiência comercial de mais de 3 anos com vendas.
  • Necessário formação técnica na área (engenharia elétrica ou correlatas).


- Prospectar novos clientes, oferecendo soluções e produtos;

- Prospecção de clientes em plataformas digitais; Domínio de CRM de vendas;

- Habilidade de negociação com o Cliente e todas as áreas internas na concepção e implementação de novas vendas e projetos. Gestão de portfolio; Fornecer respostas precisas às solicitações de cotações;

- Gestão ativa de relacionamento com o cliente que transforma oportunidades em pedidos;

­- Desenvolvimento e execução de estratégia de vendas para cumprimento de metas;

- Elaborar propostas comerciais de soluções completas e produtos;

- Participar e auxiliar em eventos (feiras, convenções, congressos, seminários);

- Responsável pelo processo de pré-venda, homologações de produtos e de propostas comerciais;

- Elaborar treinamentos para clientes, representantes externos, integradores, parceiros e distribuidores;

- Elaborar notas técnicas de produtos;

- Ministrar apresentações técnicas dos produtos junto aos clientes e abordagens necessárias;

- Elaborar propostas comerciais de soluções completas e levantamento de especificações necessárias;

- Fazer visitas comerciais in loco. Participar de testes e ensaios em clientes in loco;

- Imprescindível formação em engenharia elétrica ou áreas correlatas;

- Experiência em negociações comerciais

- Análise de concorrentes, bem como a estratégia do cliente para o negócio relacionado. A partir disso alimentar MKT e Desenvolvimento de produtos.

- Forte habilidade de auto aprendizado e auto desenvolvimento. Pró-ativo.
