Kinescope is a full-cycle video platform for businesses. We help companies host, stream, and interact through video. From educational providers to enterprise SaaS, our tools power secure, high-performance video workflows.
We're expanding into the Brazilian market and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth locally.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage with key players in the Brazilian EdTech and SaaS sectors
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong local sales pipeline
Conduct market research to shape go-to-market strategies
Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships
Represent Kinescope at local industry events and build brand awareness
Coordinate with our global marketing team to tailor campaigns for Brazil
Help identify and recruit future team members as the market grows
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B SaaS sales
Deep understanding of the Brazilian tech ecosystem
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and experienced with remote work
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (e.g. USP, UNICAMP, FGV, etc.)
