Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and managing live client accounts, ensuring excellent follow-through on all client interactions.
  • Drive upsell opportunities by introducing additional features and products, maximizing client engagement and the value they derive from epag’s services.
  • Support and enhance strategic partnerships by managing account requests, generating new leads, and overseeing complex negotiations.
  • Act as a critical liaison between internal technical teams and client technical departments, ensuring smooth integration processes and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide clients with timely and accurate monthly settlement reports, receipts, balance reports, and other essential financial information.
  • Support communication initiatives, including the development and oversight of sales collateral, content marketing (blogs, whitepapers, case studies), and other brand-building efforts.
  • Support and liaise with external and internal parties on behalf of the Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams.


Requirements:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on the payments industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage high-level client relationships.
  • Demonstrated proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and (Brazilian) Portuguese.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the digital payments industry.
  • Experience working or studying abroad, with an understanding of global business practices.
