Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
- Plan policies, objectives, and goals for commercial area segments
- Plan, supervise, and control commercial activities
- Plan, supervise, and control market studies and segmentations, media usage, and customer profile identification
- Manage customer registration, campaigns, promotions, sales, and deliveries
- Gather and compile data to support decision-making
- Participate in research initiatives
- Monitor the sector's performance and systematize processes
