KANTAR is looking for a LEGAL MANAGER in BRASIL, this person will be responsible for:


  • Review and negotiate all contracts with clients and suppliers in Brazil, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
  • Coordinate regional legal demands and lead negotiations with clients and suppliers across LATAM.
  • Act as the focal point for data protection and artificial intelligence topics, collaborating with the global team and leading regional initiatives.
  • Provide legal consulting in labor, corporate, and regulatory areas, supporting business units with strategic and secure guidance.
  • Develop innovative legal solutions, including automation of templates and application of AI in Law.
  • Support audits, supplier approvals, and contractual risk analysis.
  • Disseminate legal knowledge through training and advisory support to internal teams.
  • Represent the legal department in strategic meetings and multidisciplinary projects, contributing to regionally impactful decisions.
  • Organize and track legal tasks via Planner and Teams, ensuring traceability and efficiency in demand management.

Requirements

  • Law degree with specialization in areas such as Contract Law, Business Law, Labor Law, or Corporate Law.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate legal departments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Experience in multinational environments and regional operation
