Our client is a large multinational company, recognized for its quality and excellence in products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act strategically and consultatively, providing legal support to all business areas in Brazil and abroad;
  • Lead and coordinate activities related to commercial, corporate, regulatory, labor, civil litigation, and general advisory matters;
  • Manage and review national and international contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;
  • Support due diligence and M&A processes, actively participating in negotiations and deal structuring;
  • Coordinate relationships with external law firms, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines;
  • Work closely with business, compliance, and governance teams, providing strategic legal advice;
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, identify potential risks, and propose preventive measures;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and the implementation of legal governance best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law with active OAB registration;
  • Fluent English;
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of legal experience in multinational companies;
  • Broad generalist background with solid expertise in contracts, corporate, litigation, labor, regulatory, and compliance matters;
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, proactivity, and excellent communication abilities.
