BDR Business Development Representative

Na Rede Magic, o BDR será uma peça chave na equipe comercial. Sua principal responsabilidade será identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócios para a agência, prospectando ativamente novos clientes e construindo um pipeline robusto para o time de vendas. O foco será estabelecer conexões estratégicas com potenciais clientes, garantindo que as oportunidades estejam alinhadas com os serviços e objetivos da Rede Magic. Para ter sucesso, você deve entender o perfil dos leads e fornecer feedback valioso para otimizar as estratégias de aquisição e conversão de vendas.


Responsabilidades do dia a dia:

  • Prospecção ativa de novos clientes para a agência;
  • Criar e gerenciar uma rede de leads qualificados para serviços da Rede Magic;
  • Mapear e analisar leads para garantir sua adequação às soluções oferecidas pela agência;
  • Agendar reuniões qualificadas entre leads e o time de vendas;
  • Analisar dados e comportamentos do funil de vendas, sugerindo melhorias para a performance e dimensionando os esforços adequadamente.


Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento de Spin Selling;
  • Experiência com Inside Sales;
  • Experiência com outbound sales;
  • Conhecimento em CRM e habilidades analíticas para otimizar a gestão de leads.
