Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative

EBANX, a leading fintech in the global payments space, is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the international market.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.
  • Conduct introductory calls to understand and assess merchant needs, providing recommendations that align with their business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and real-time records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about our competitive landscape, products/services, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales/business development.
  • Understanding of the merchant payments environment is a plus.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and time management discipline.
  • Fluent English.
