Senior Business Growth Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Growth Executive to join our team at Infobip Ltd. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with our top-tier clients, driving overall customer health and growth.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B enterprise key account management, customer success, or client relations, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly KPIs, analyzing and forecasting client traffic, and implementing strategies to minimize losses and maximize gross profit/revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to achieve overall customer health and growth
- Serve as a focal point for clients when it comes to meeting their business and technical expectations
- Coordinate different teams to best serve customers
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including gross profit, margin%, and cross-sells
- Analyze and forecast client traffic to ensure ongoing business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise key account management, customer success, or client relations
- Customer retention and growth experience
- Experience dealing and presenting to C-level executives
- Exceptional professional communication skills
- Strong administration, analytical, and organizational skills
