About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Business Systems Consultant to join our team at Bring IT. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering system design, configuration, training, and overall implementation activities in client projects.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in business process discovery efforts by engaging with business users and understanding their immediate needs, identifying gaps against current systems and leading practices, conceiving and proposing solutions, and developing high-level and detailed process flows.
  • Configure NetSuite following SuiteSuccess or internal methodology, propose work-arounds for gaps, write functional specifications to convert business requirements into features to be developed or configured by the development team, ensuring alignment to end-to-end solutions.
  • Prepare use cases and test scripts, conduct quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment.
  • Document best practices, prepare training documents, and train personnel.
  • Manage projects and tasks related to day-to-day activities.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
  • 10+ full-cycle implementations.
  • Language skill: English, full professional proficiency.
  • IT/business consultant background.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
