Position: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Full Remote (Portugal or Brazil)

Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules
  • Translate customer requirements into ServiceNow applications
  • Integrate ServiceNow into existing system landscapes
  • Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript within ServiceNow
  • Analytical and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel (4 times per year)
