We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager / Product Analyst with a passion for product excellence and innovation. In this vital role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of consumability and user satisfaction. With a focus on user-centric design and stakeholder management, the Program Manager / Product Analyst will play a key role in shaping the future of our product lines.


Primary Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our products and customers, driving improvements in design and functionality.

- Lead the documentation of user stories and processes to ensure clarity and alignment across the team.

- Apply user-centric design principles to enhance product interfaces and experiences, incorporating user sentiment analysis and feedback into design decisions.

- Implement Agile methodologies using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track progress and manage product backlogs effectively.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks utilizing tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to provide insights into product performance and user engagement.

- Facilitate collaborative design sessions and work closely with designers and developers to implement persona-driven development strategies.

- Engage in user sentiment measurement practices, including surveys and A/B testing, to inform product decisions and improvements.

- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in program management, product analysis, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience with Agile project management tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.


Desired Skills:


- A comprehensive understanding of user-centric design methodologies and tools such as Sketch.

- Experience in user sentiment measurement and the ability to analyze and interpret user feedback.

- Familiarity with cyber security concepts and practices is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.


Tools and Technologies:


- Agile Project Management: JIRA, Confluence

- Reporting: PowerBI, Tableau

- Design: Sketch, persona-driven development tools

- User Sentiment: Survey platforms, A/B Testing software
