About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations – Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ad trafficking, QA workflows, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization within an ad operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end quality checks for digital ad campaigns across display, video, mobile, and social platforms.
- Review ad assets, tags, and tracking parameters to ensure correct implementation and compliance with platform policies.
- Validate campaign setups in ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta, etc.).
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, discrepancies, and tracking/measurement challenges.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure accurate delivery, pacing, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with trafficking, analytics, and account teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain QA documentation, processes, and checklists to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to advertiser guidelines, brand safety requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign QA, or Digital Advertising.
- Strong understanding of ad-serving technologies (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms).
- Hands-on experience with QA workflows, ad tag testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as VAST, VPAID, pixels, UTM parameters, and tracking methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global teams or large-scale digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of brand safety tools, verification platforms (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify), or MMPs.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or tag management tools (a plus).
