Para fortalecer o time, procuramos preencher a posição de Key Account Manager.


Principais Responsabilidades:


  • Alcançar ou exceder consistentemente as metas de vendas do território, aplicando as habilidades de Vendas Estratégicas, protegendo os negócios existentes e desenvolvendo novos negócios em contas-chave;


  • Ser o principal ponto de contato com a conta mantendo uma comunicação contínua e clara com os tomadores de decisão da conta e a equipe da UCB;


  • Com base nos objetivos da companhia, estabelecer o Plano Estratégico de Contas para cada cliente, apoiando as equipes de Vendas das Unidades de negócios com as principais iniciativas e planos táticos para grandes conquistas e execução eficiente;


  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos comerciais eficazes, em todos os níveis dentro das contas atribuídas para influenciar as decisões de compra, interagindo efetivamente com todas as partes interessadas relevantes para desenvolver um relacionamento confiável para converter oportunidades em contratos de longo prazo;


  • Manter forte alinhamento com as equipes Divisionais (Suprimentos / Vendas / Atendimento ao Cliente / MKT) sobre as prioridades da UCB por cliente e definir uma estratégia de visitas clara para atingir os objetivos. Estabelecer reuniões periódicas com as equipes de Vendas para alinhar a evolução dos KPIs / Objetivos e criar planos de ação em conjunto;


  • Identificar oportunidades de negócio no mercado Hospitalar através de dados de mercado, informações de clientes e parceiros, visando atingir as metas estabelecidas para produtos UCB;


  • Analisar e fornecer dados para montagem para suportar Forecast assertivo no mercado privado e público, com forte entendimento das variáveis que impactam o plano e projeção de vendas;


  • Manter o conhecimento e cumprir com os princípios de Ética e Integridade, políticas da UCB e códigos de conduta que regulam o mercado farmacêutico.





Requerimentos:


  • Necessário residir em São Paulo;


  • Necessário Graduação Superior completa;


  • Desejável inglês intermediário.


  • Experiência na área comercial no canal hospitalar, distribuição e redes de farmácias;


  • Habilidades avançadas em Excel.
