Estamos procurando uma pessoa para manter relacionamento com a carteira de clientes, focando no melhor retorno financeiro através de metas de recompra e monitoramento de KPIs de acompanhamento da utilização de serviços e produtos, garantindo a estabilidade e aumento do LTV, bem como controlando e contornando a taxa de churn.


Somos uma escola para a formação profissional de formuladores cosméticos. Ensinamos químicos, farmacêuticos e outros profissionais a criarem formulações de cosméticos. Nosso público é composto majoritariamente de empresários da indústria cosmética (marcas de cosméticos) e farmácias de manipulação.


Você fará parte de uma em ascensão e transformação, com grande foco em entregas de qualidade e sua principal missão será tornar a experiência dos nossos clientes única e personalizada.


Os principais desafios desta posição serão:

  • Colher, mensurar e documentar insights para desenvolvimento de novos produtos.
  • Colher feedbacks para aprimoramento dos produtos.
  • Contribuir com insights para novas estratégias de marketing e posicionamento.
  • Aprimorar as ferramentas e os processos envolvidos nos pontos de contato com os clientes.
  • Realizar o onboarding dos novos clientes.
  • Realizar o acompanhamento periódico dos clientes na utilização dos serviços.
  • Realizar a implementação e gerenciamento da comunidade de alunos.
  • Garantir consistência e qualidade em todos os canais de comunicação: omnichannel.
  • Ser responsável por avisos, comunicações e lembretes aos alunos.
  • Auxiliar na implementação e gerenciamento da comunidade de alunos.
  • Realizar a curadoria de interesse da produção de conteúdo contínuo.
  • Contatar e entender os pedidos de cancelamento, bem como buscar convertê-los.


O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Boa escrita (maior parte do atendimento será via e-mail e WhatsApp).
  • Comunicativo.
  • Capacidade criativa para desenvolver e implementar processos.
  • Capacidade de argumentação e persuasão.
  • Experiência com CRM.
  • Experiência comprovada na função.
  • Maior de 18 anos.
  • Ensino Médio Completo (desejável superior cursando).

  • Conhecimento em UX Design e Design thinking.
  • Conhecimento em organização e análise de dados.
  • Experiência anterior com vendas relacionais.
  • Conhecimento em Google Drive e RD Station CRM.
