Near is a startup focused on bridging the gap between remote Latin American talent and companies hiring in the US and abroad. Our team spans 20+ members across four different countries. We've landed numerous great customers and have helped hundreds of people from LatAm improve their lives and wallets with jobs at US companies.We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team. This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission. If you can source and qualify leads effectively, you'll make a lot of money.Responsibilities:Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targetsExpand revenue originated from existing accountsCreate new opportunities through outbound prospecting.Close inbound leadsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsLeverage our existing network to get referralsUnderstand industry-specific landscapes and trends.Become an expert in the staffing industry.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills.Native-like English levelDemonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.A proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal.Motivated by commission and career growth.Track record of exceeding quota as SDR.Traits that Would Make You a Strong Fit:Proactive.Optimistic and positive.Intense, driving, and impatient (with regard to results and getting work done).Pay attention to detail when necessary.High EQ – can read the room and connect with peopleResponds empathetic to others.Follow-through skills.AccountabilityBenefits:Competitive compensation.Uncapped commission – the more you close, the higher your commission will be.Results-focused role and team.
