In the position as our Category Sales Lead for Insulation & Coating, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our business and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry.
- Cultivate client relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Create business opportunities: Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers.
- Achieve sales targets: Establish, meet, and work to exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or related areas.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain, or Technical Areas.
- Experience with technical insulation and/or coating for offshore platforms in Brazil.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and system tools.
- English fluency.
- Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
Key personal attributes:
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and teamwork abilities.
- Goal-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.
- Experience with OIC, Platform Owners, Shipowners, and Shipyards is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERPs, international logistics, import/export, and hosting exhibitions/events is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Shipserv is a differential.
