Employer Branding

  • Lead the development and execution of a holistic employer branding strategy that positions our company as one of the top employer choices in the market.
  • Create compelling and on-brand content (e.g., website copy, social media posts, blogs, videos) that highlights the company's culture, values, and employee success stories to engage external talent.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, PR, HR, and Recruitment Delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between employer branding and the company's broader business goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of employer branding efforts, track key performance indicators, and optimize content and strategies to enhance brand perception.

Recruiting Programs

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of key recruiting programs, including employee referral, internal transfer, and other talent pipeline initiatives that attract diverse talent to the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to identify recruitment capability gaps, develop customized solutions, and streamline processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Empower and equip the recruiting and hiring teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to enhance their recruiting capabilities.

Qualifications: Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or related areas.
  • Proven ability to create and implement employer branding strategies or recruiting programs that drive results.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Creative, skilled in content creation and marketing activities. Candidates with experience in community operations, content operations, or event operations are preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting program performance.
