In this role you will: 1-5 years' experience as technical support. Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). Horizontal and Vertical Application Distribution, SCCM, Liquid, CDP, Atom. Remote Access, Virtual Desktop. MDM, PXE boot. Microsoft 365, Collaboration Suites. Hardware (desktops, laptops). Networking (TCP/IP, WiFi, VPN, Vlan, routing protocols). Service Desk/ITSM systems, Itil. Clarity and objectivity in oral and written communication. Active listening and empathy to understand user needs. Ability to explain technical solutions in accessible language. Customer Service (Patience, courtesy). Proactivity in problem-solving. Organization and discipline. Time management. Interaction with other IT teams and vendors. Results-oriented.
