Growth & Business Development Manager | Salesforce

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para liderar a expansão da vertical de Salesforce na Maitha Tech. Essa pessoa será responsável tanto por conquistar novas contas quanto por gerir relacionamentos estratégicos, promovendo o crescimento sustentável da operação. Com forte atuação consultiva, irá impulsionar vendas de serviços especializados em Salesforce, colaborar com áreas técnicas e garantir a excelência na entrega de valor para os clientes.
Responsabilidades:
✔ Executar estratégias comerciais para expansão da vertical de Salesforce
✔ Identificar, prospectar e converter novas oportunidades de negócio
✔ Gerenciar grandes contas e relacionamentos com decisores
✔ Atuar como ponte entre cliente, pré-vendas e áreas técnicas
✔ Conduzir o ciclo completo de vendas consultivas, desde a proposta até a assinatura do contrato
✔ Elaborar propostas de valor alinhadas às necessidades de negócio dos clientes
✔ Reportar indicadores de performance e acompanhar metas de receita
Requisitos:
✔ Experiência sólida em vendas consultivas B2B, com foco em tecnologia e serviços Salesforce
✔ Atuação prévia em consultorias ou integradoras Salesforce
✔ Histórico comprovado de superação de metas e gestão de contas estratégicas
✔ Habilidade em negociação, comunicação e construção de relacionamento com executivos
✔ Visão estratégica e orientação a resultados
✔ Inglês avançado
Diferenciais:
➕ Certificações Salesforce e participação em eventos como Dreamforce
➕ MBA ou especialização em áreas de negócios, tecnologia ou liderança
