This a long-term PJ contract position based out of Brazil.


OVERVIEW:


We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Strategy department. As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with new customers through regular communication points to drive their onboarding process.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service environment, technical support role, and/or process-driven role
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects at once of varying technical degrees
  • Experience in onboarding Ecommerce platforms such as Google and Amazon, knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Merchant Center is a plus
  • General Salesforce or Jira experience is a plus
  • *English proficiency required* — must be able to speak and write in the language fluently

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


As a Customer Implementation Support on our Implementation team, you will:

  • Navigate new customers through the onboarding process, including customer communication and management of key tasks of technical integration
  • Organize and document key customer goals and strategies throughout the onboarding process
  • Participate in initial customer calls, taking notes and ensuring that all pertinent information is shared across the sales, onboarding, and client services teams
  • Tackle onboarding challenges and offer/develop creative methods (both technically and non-technically) of overcoming customer frustrations and hurdles
