With direct lines to HQ and a mandate to strengthen commercial presence, it offers a career platform with depth, exposure, and international potential.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAMServe as the local market intelligence lead — reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activityRepresent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributorsManage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQWhat You’ll Bring2–3 years’ experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates)Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distributionExcellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindsetFluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an assetWho This SuitsYou’re a commercially minded professional with a strong foundation in fertilizer markets — ready to take on a visible role with scope to grow.
