Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Sales/Business Development Representative to support our US or UK staffing and outsourcing business. Your role will focus on lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business in the US or UK market.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and support ongoing account management.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or outsourcing.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
