📋Vaga: Customer Service - (Inglês avançado ou fluente)Estamos em busca de um(a) Customer Service para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, inovador e 100% remotoVocê será o ponto de contato central entre a empresa e os times externos (call center e parceiros de IA 🤖), garantindo qualidade nas respostas, melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente e eficiência nos processos de atendimento.🎯 Principais Responsabilidades:- Monitorar atendimentos via e-mail (tickets, respostas automáticas e manuais);- Identificar falhas nos processos de IA de atendimento e propor melhorias;- Realizar reuniões semanais com os times internos e externos;- Analisar métricas de performance (refund, tempo de resposta, satisfação do cliente, etc.);- Ajustar e revisar templates de e-mails e comunicações;- Mapear oportunidades de automação e otimização dos fluxos;- Garantir que a experiência do cliente seja encantadora em todos os pontos de contato.💼 Requisitos:- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente / suporte;- Inglês avançado (leitura e escrita);- Boa capacidade analítica e visão estratégica;- Familiaridade com ferramentas de suporte (Helpdesk / CRM);- Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a resultados;- Diferencial: experiência com IA aplicada ao atendimento.💰 Remuneração e Crescimento:- 💵 Salário fixo + bonificação por desempenho;- 🚀 Possibilidade de escala salarial conforme resultados sustentáveis e performance.🏠 Modelo de Trabalho:- 📍 Regime PJ;- 💻 100% remoto.
