Sobre o Cargo


Este cargo envolve trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de Desenvolvimento de Negócios (BDR) para identificar e prospectar novos leads qualificados, contribuindo para o crescimento contínuo da empresa.


Responsabilidades


  • Identificar oportunidades, segmentos de negócios e pesquisar e coletar informações sobre clientes em potencial.
  • Geração de novas oportunidades de negócios e aquisição de clientes desde a identificação e prospecção de leads até negociação, fechamento e manutenção de clientes em sua região.
  • Colaborar com a equipe BDR para implementar estratégias eficazes de prospecção qualificada.
  • Gerenciar e manter atualizada a base de dados de leads.
  • Participar na coordenação e programação de reuniões para a equipe BDR.
  • Fornecer assistência administrativa conforme necessário.


Qualificações


  • Experiência comprovada como Assistente Virtual ou em uma função similar.
  • Fluência em inglês e espanhol: habilidades sólidas de comunicação em ambos os idiomas com capacidade nativa.
  • Excelente habilidade interpessoal.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizacionais com atenção aos detalhes.
  • Competência no uso de ferramentas de CRM, Excel e ferramentas de gestão de leads.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa em um ambiente de equipe remota.
  • Conhecimentos em marketing digital, análise de campanhas digitais, performance marketing e geração de leads serão altamente valorizados.
