Our launch phase has been extremely successful and we have reached a stage to take the next step in driving further awareness and intent for our growing range of products.We’re looking for Account Managers to join our inbound sales team and own the early-stage founder experience.What you’ll do..As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing warm inbound leads from start to finish:Conduct high-quality discovery calls with founders who’ve already shown interestUnderstand what they’re building, why it matters, and where they’re stuckClearly position Oneday’s programs and mentorshipConfidently handle objections and guide qualified founders to the next stepBook next-step calls and keep your pipeline clean and updatedWork in a high-volume environment (150–250 calls/day) while staying sharpTrack your performance and continuously improve conversion ratesThis is not a passive customer success role.It’s a performance-driven, ownership-heavy sales role where outcomes matter.You’ll likely do well here if you:Have experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (startup experience is a big plus)Are comfortable on the phone and can build rapport quicklyThink in terms of numbers, conversion rates, and improvementCan stay organised and disciplined in a fast-moving environmentTake feedback well and apply itHave strong written and spoken English skillsAre resilient, proactive, and take ownership of resultsWhat you’ll get:Unparalleled experience of working for a hyper-growth startupHaving fun and learning from your more experienced colleagues — serial entrepreneurs, investors and engineersFully remote working environmentFantastic opportunity to get to know hundreds of founders and executives in the world on a first name basis
