We are looking for a committed Account Manager able to maintain long-term, valuable relationships with our existing and potential clients.


You will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts and will be tasked with overseeing the continued development of business from the point of onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account on the Digistore24 platform.


As an Account Manager, you will be the expert on anything related to the platform as needed to facilitate the adaptation of our clients. Your primary objective in this role will be assisting in revenue generating opportunities as well as providing outstanding support to ensure our partner’s confidence in Digistore24.

  • Speaking fluent English AND Portuguese is a must
  • Speaking fluent Spanish is a plus


Responsibilities

  • Help all accounts on a daily basis through navigation of the Digistore24 platform including but not limited to introduction of new and existing features, assisting with issues, and addressing concerns
  • Proactively foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
  • Communicate quickly and clearly to accounts in chats or through video call to ensure their issues are being addressed as well as following up frequently until a resolution is met
  • Work independently toward account satisfaction as well as through collaboration with team members across various departments when necessary
  • Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
  • Continued self-education for both industry knowledge and platform features
