Busca-se candidato altamente detalhista para trabalhar como Case Manager de processos imigratórios. Esta oportunidade é remota (do Brasil), em tempo integral e envolve bastante processamento de dados, gestão de equipes e análise documental em inglês e português.
Requisitos:
- Fluência em inglês.
- +2 anos de experiência direta com imigração americana (extensões e trocas de status, vistos de trabalho e Green Card por Casamento/parentesco).
- +2 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de equipes.
- Excelente gestão de processos.
- Fortes habilidades de liderança e comunicação com cliente.
- Excelente planejamento orçamentário para alocação eficiente de pessoas e recursos financeiros.
- Capacidade de priorizar diferentes tarefas e coordenar o trabalho de outros.
- Alto nível de julgamento independente.
- Habilidades no uso de Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel e Adobe PDF.
- Excelente gerenciamento de tempo para cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
Atenção, precisão, liderança e organização são essenciais para esta posição e são a chave para crescer rapidamente dentro da empresa. Espera-se que o candidato seja proativo, altamente detalhista, eficiente e possua excelentes habilidades de organização e comunicação em inglês e português, tanto oral quanto escrita. Além disso, é essencial que tenha capacidade de liderar equipes, gerenciar projetos de forma eficiente e assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos e objetivos estabelecidos.
Responsabilidades:
- Contactar clientes de forma independente e manter comunicação ativa para garantir o progresso dos casos.
- Coordenar fornecedores externos para serviços como traduções e equivalências acadêmicas.
- Supervisionar a equipe de case workers, gerenciando o volume e a alocação de trabalho para garantir prazos.
- Implementar e monitorar processos internos para melhorias constantes.
- Revisar e preparar formulários de imigração e documentação, assegurando precisão e cumprimento de prazos.
- Monitorar o Visa Bulletin e os prazos dos processos.
- Examinar documentos, alinhar estratégias com a equipe e realizar pesquisas, com foco no Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) da USCIS.
- Formular estratégias de imigração personalizadas para cada cliente.
- Manter a equipe atualizada sobre leis e políticas imigratórias dos EUA.
- Garantir registros precisos e organizados das interações com clientes e arquivos.
- Realizar acompanhamentos regulares com a equipe e com clientes conforme necessário
Contrato: PJ
Compensação inicial: R$ 4.000 a 7.000 (baseado em experiência).
Local: 100% Home Office
