Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Analyst to join our team. Responsible for managing fire alarm projects and BDA/DAS, collaborating with internal teams (sales, estimating, finance, project designers) and clients. Fluent in English, with AutoCAD expertise and proficiency in Excel. Join our dynamic company and contribute to successful project execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Track and update design projects through the online Design Board;
  • Create preliminary BOMs (bill of material) for design projects;
  • Assist with design plan reviews;
  • Contact local AHJs (Fire Department) for local design requirements;
  • Contact design clients for project clarification as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven project management experience in engineering or construction.
  • Fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills for project tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team and client collaboration.
